Yoga for Runners Workshop

It's no secret that running can be hard on the body. Yoga for Runners is an all-levels workshop designed to lengthen, strengthen, release and renew the runner’s body. If you’ve never done down-dog or you’ve been practicing for years, this two-hour workshop will help you get (and stay) in top form — whether you’re recovering from an injury, preparing for the big race or you just want to improve your personal best.
The workshop will address common issues and complaints for runners, paying particular attention to the feet, ankles, calves, hamstrings, knees, hips and low back — the areas that tend to suffer most.
You will leave the workshop with a packet of poses you can work on at home or on the road — tools you need to achieve enhanced range of movement, body awareness, concentration and breathing capacity. No yoga experience required!
